As a manufacturer, we are proud to offer and extensive range of 'off the shelf' spare parts and components and, whilst we ourselves have the capability of servicing and maintaining ALL your bathing, hoisting and changing equipment, we are equally happy to work alongside your existing service provider, helping facilitate a quick and efficient service, thereby reducing 'downtime' in the unlikely event of a component failure.

Our team of qualified technicians are based at Head Office and are available at the end of the telephone to assist with your technical and service related matters.  However, should an engineer's attendance be required, whether it be a skilled service matter or emergency call, we have a nationwide team of highly skilled service and installation engineers who are equipped to deal with issues requiring such a visit.
